The Tri-State Trek is a 270 mile, three-day bicycle ride beginning in Newton, MA on the third
Friday in July and ending Sunday in White Plains, NY.

The course is well-marked and completely supported. Riders travel at their own pace and support
vehicles patrol our route. Bike technicians are available should you need assistance. We carry all gear and you
will be well fed and well cared for throughout the event.

Our volunteer Crew set up and staff Rest Stops every 15-20 miles. There are 4 Rest Stops each day,
and each Rest Stop is stocked with snacks, fruit, water, sports drink and more.

are also available at our overnights on Friday and Saturday.

will keep you well fed and well hydrated! Beginning with breakfast on Friday morning through lunch on Sunday
we´ll provide all meals, drinks and snacks.

at The University of Connecticut (Friday), and at Southern Connecticut
State University (Saturday). Riders and volunteers wishing to stay off
